Representatives from Space Food Laboratory made a presentation in the University of California at 20th Annual International Mars Society Convention.

Presentation covered the history of Russian space food and introduction in future food preservation technologies. After presentation participants were able to try samples of a real astronaut food from tube. 
The Mars Society is the world’s largest and most influential space advocacy organization dedicated to the human exploration and settlement of the planet Mars. Established by Dr. Robert Zubrin and others in 1998. 
Convention was held in the University of California between 7-10 September and aimed at representation of different space projects for future Mars colonies.
